It is the policy of Soul’s Pal that any members and employees of Soul’s Pal will not disclose confidential information belonging to, or obtained through their affiliation with Soul’s Pal to any person, including their relatives, friends, and business and professional associates unless Soul’s Pal has authorized disclosure. This policy is not intended to prevent disclosure where disclosure is required by law.
Due to the highly transformational nature of every session, there will be no refund once you make your investment. Any decision you make for non-participation or cancellation after the payment will not be a valid reason for a refund request.
Our goal at Soul’s Pal is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. As mention above, there will be no refund policy for your cancellation. However, every client will have one time to reschedule their appointment (with 48hrs notification in advanced). After that, the client will be charged with a rescheduling fee of 40$ per occurrence.
Clients who do not show up for their session without a call/email to cancel are considered a no-show and subjected to an immediate 50% refund and restricted to book any sessions in the future.
